SUPERCOPY E SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED ("SuperCop", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of data entrusted to us by mobile phone retailers, financial institutions, distributors, and end customers.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary for device management, enrollment verification, and EMI status synchronization:

• Device Identifiers: IMEI number, device model, Android OS version, and network connectivity state.
• Retailer & Loan Data: Retailer business name, contact number, customer loan schedule, and installment payment status.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely for:

• Facilitating Android Device Owner MDM policies and remote lock/unlock commands.
• Processing NPCI eMandate bank auto-debits and webhook payment confirmations.
• Preventing unauthorized hard resets, firmware tampering, and fraudulent phone resale.

4. Data Security & Encryption

All communication between mobile devices, retailer dashboards, and SuperCop cloud servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 military-grade encryption with strict role-based access controls.

5. Loan Completion & Data Deletion

Upon successful completion of all EMI installments, the retailer triggers the release protocol. All Device Owner permissions are immediately revoked and local lock daemons are removed cleanly from the smartphone.
