1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing SuperCop license keys, accessing our retailer portal, or deploying the SuperCop QR 5.0 MDM on customer smartphones, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Permitted Use
SuperCop is intended solely for legitimate mobile retailers, NBFCs, and distributors to secure consumer electronics sold under installment finance agreements. It must not be deployed on devices without customer agreement during purchase.
3. License Allocation & Validity
Each SuperCop license key activates one unique smartphone IMEI for the duration of the finance contract. Purchased keys in retailer wallets have no expiration date and remain valid until activated.
4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Retailers are responsible for obtaining customer consent for Device Owner provisioning and eMandate auto-debit authorizations in accordance with applicable consumer credit laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
SuperCop provides the software on an "as-is" basis with industry-standard SLAs. We are not liable for hardware defects caused by third-party smartphone manufacturers or unauthorized root modifications.
