Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. License Key Purchases
SuperCop delivers digital software activation license keys instantly to your retailer wallet upon successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility for Unused Keys
If you have purchased a license key package and have unconsumed / unactivated keys in your wallet, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to standard payment gateway processing charges (2%).
3. Activated Licenses
Once a license key has been bound to a specific smartphone IMEI via QR 5.0 scan, the license is deemed consumed and is non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5-7 working days.
